4 steps to prevent equipment from being interfered by electromagnetic pulses

Today I will share a very practical but easily overlooked skill: how to prevent electronic equipment from being interfered with by electromagnetic pulses. In case of war, it can come in handy! signal jammer

Electromagnetic pulse EMP is a burst of electromagnetic radiation energy, which may come from electromagnetic pulse weapons, nuclear explosions, the sun, etc. The electromagnetic waves it generates will cause all electronic equipment to malfunction or be damaged, communications will be severely affected, and even entire cities will lose power.

As an ordinary person, there are 4 steps to deal with this situation:

1. Prepare thick aluminum foil paper, cloth, thick cardboard, and steel box with lid and seal.

2. Completely wrap electronic equipment with thickened aluminum foil, at least 3 layers, preferably 5 layers if possible. Remember not to leave any gaps. (If there is a battery, remove the separate package)

3. Take out the steel box and cover each side with cardboard inside to ensure that the equipment does not come into direct contact with the metal.

4. Wrap the equipment wrapped in aluminum foil with cloth again, put it in the box, and close the lid tightly.

With this preparation, you can use it immediately when an emergency occurs, and you can evacuate after taking the box.

In addition, two or three such boxes and multiple communication devices can be prepared. One of them is used to test whether the device can be used in the current environment. If so, open the other box.
